Should your product arrive damaged, you can get a replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt.
We will process products only purchased directly from kombucha.thewellnessinsider.sg.
Email to us at [email protected]lnessinsider.sg within 14 days of receipt of items and provide the following information:
- Order reference number and item to be replaced
- To assist us in identifying the product issues we will need the following from you:
- a picture of the damaged product
- a written description of the defect
Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable and you will need to bear shipping costs for returns.
Return of products have to be within 14 days from the date you have received the products.
Once we receive your email we will advise if your product can be replaced within 7 working days of receipt. Your replacement will be processed within 14 working days.
